Now do this again, but with randomized CAD program. I would love them to try doing this again with FreeCAD or Fusion 360 or OnShape.

Another nice little model for exercise. I'm personally not interested in doing these as quickly as possible. I'm just a hobbyist in CAD and I have no boss screaming behind me to hurry up ;-) I didn't time this one but it was almost 10 minutes I guess, at my leisurely pace. I'm doing my modelling in FreeCAD and I'm always impressed that it can do (almost) everything the big expensive CAD packages can. Sure you have to understand and forgive its quirks and work around them sometimes, but this is true for most software. And the results are good.

@@TooTallToby It's not just still rocking. It's still slowly-but-surely getting better, too. I'd say it's already a very good option for people with modest needs in a 3D CAD package.

Funny, I was doing this model (after the live event) and went to save in a folder I have all my other models saved and it said the file existed already. What, how? This model was used last year on something else.

Hi Ricardo - For now just show up at the monday livestreams - we do live competitions there. I'm trying to get the tournament infrastructure up and running for the next official tourney - and that will happen later this year. Thanks!
