You don't need to add sugar to it. It is already sweet. This is also written in the package itself.

Don't you add sugar to milk before drinking it? Milk tastes better with sugar... doesn't matter if you add chocolate powder in it...

I recommend putting a bit of lotus Biscoff spread and bit of nutella then milk put it in microwave till it is hot then take out stir a bit of hot chocolate powder in but not as much as you would if you’re just having powder and milk then top with whipped cream I like putting a minuscule amount of cinnamon gives it a tang
