Gotcha! Weldments were hard to select on 3D Sketch from top Ladder to lower one. Reason : Construction lines were stopping the selection, drove me nuts!!

Suggestions Professor: 1. In the U.S., this is actually referred to as an "Industrial Stairs" not a "ladder". 2. The steps (Treads) and floor plates (Deck plates) could have been "Diamond plate" textured surface.
