There is zero thikness around the base of the thread. How solidoworks even allows it?

When designing a part, please consider manufacturing, it can be drawn on paper, but it is impossible to manufacture because of the zero thickness

Can I modify hidden lines of a assmebly/part in solidworks drawing. I want to make whole hidden lines a defined colour & line type. Please suggest

when you do the revolve cut on the inside you cut the body into 2 parts. FAIL you need to adjust the revolve cut sketch to repair the 0 thickness
