Failed to creat edge flange .Try by increasing the gap distance or checking the trim side bend if it is unchecked. This notice display when add flange to back side.could you please tell me why it is?

I am facing a problem when filleting with a radius of 47 mm. SW states that the fillet could not be added because the specified radius would eliminate one of the elements. Any solutions. I am using SW2018.

Hi, I think this answer would be very late considering the date of your question, but may be It'll help someone out there with the same problem. To get the bending lines, choose "Bent" as the "Manufacturing method" instead of "Formed". Hope that helps 🙏

For Real view you need professional graphics card in your system like Nvidia Quadro series or AMD firepro Series. other cards will not support real views.

@@CADCAMTUTORIALBYMAHTABALAM I enjoy using realview from time to time to admire my work. It isn't really useful other than to make things look cool. Do you know if it can be applied to assemblies? I have noticed that the realview option is not available when I am working within assembly, although I do have a pro graphics card.

Do you mean the size of rectangular material needed? You can flatten, then create a sketch, and convert entities, picking corner points to bring into the new sketch, then draw a rectangle that encloses all the corner points. Maybe there is more professional way to approach it, but that should get you the dimensions you need.
