I did everything same, but get this -- Failed to start caddy.service: Unit caddy.service not found.

If it says service not found then you unit file was not created correctly. Double check that

@@lowspeclabs You have to stop Apache2 and then can start caddy but then Apache2 will not start. I guess it's using some some ports that Apache2 is using. Can't run both at the same time.
