A 2012 3.6L V6 Flex-fuel, Cadillac SRX is treated with DiamondLube. We used the NDN140+MPG treatment and added a capful to the fuel.
The after footage is after 30 minutes of driving the vehicle (Yes, the car is in the same place as the before audio.)

It sounds pretty much the same. That clicking noise is just the fuel injectors and the high pressure fuel pump, Nothing more it is suppose too sound like that.
