Tremendous credit and thanks to my cousin Harrison for everything. Can't say thank you enough. He is a master mechanic and problem solver with all wire tucking etc. Contact me if you have specific questions for myself or Harrison on the bike. He was in charge of the electrics and engine which he machined and rebuilt.
Future plans are a 1994 GSX-R full front end swap. and the 1975 Honda Gl1000 which is currently in the works. Stay tuned...

what type of foam did you use for the back I looked at many none like yours

High density 2 part foam, used typically in marine industries for boat repair. fairly inexpensive

Hey, my cousin is the one who built and dialed the engine in so I am not 100% sure if it was 35 or 37.5 in the end. He was back a forth a bit. But a lot depends on your elevation and how much air restriction your pods have. My pods are basically chickenwire so there is very little restriction. My suggestion is to try a few out within a range. Luckily they're inexpensive for these. Hope that helps

Hey, you have to find a 74-76 Kawasaki Kz400 set. They're out there. You need to do a little bit of shimming but they are able to fit on the axle from and rear no problem! Hope that helps

Only the wheels and I can then use the brakes and everything from the gs?

Well for the rear wheel I would try to get a KZ400 rear drum and sprocket. It lines up perfectly with the GS. The front is a little more tricky. I had to use the GS disc, but drill the 4 hole bolt patter to mount onto the KZ front wheel.

Martin Salazar hey yeah. All the tabs in the triangle were cut off. The exhaust as well was shortened quite a bit. The shims for front and rear wheel took some as well. The frame was cut and then the hoop was welded to shorten and round out the rear

The wheels are from a Kawasaki KZ400. Basically the same size, but required a bit of shimming to line up properly.
