The hot milk gives it a complete different flavor. You want equal parts milk and coffee. Half and half works too. Have the hot milk in a large mug and add the coffee. Then mix it by throwing the coffee mix back and forth with another mug. The aireation does something to it. Try it where you just add an stir then do the throw thing. I think you will understand what I mean on that first sip.

My mom got me a can of this a few years back when she went to the Big Easy. Though I'm sure it came straight from World Market just around the corner. 😆

just tried it now. very good. i usually prefer a lighter roast for more caffeine but i can see i will be buying this again.

Yay! You can actually buy the beignet mix from Cafe Du Monde and make their famous beignets at home too. But their is probably sugar in that so maybe in another lifetime buddy! The beignets are heavenly!
