Great looking bike, love the sound

All 4 of those beautiful Norton were absolutely fabulous, for me the old British bikes have that something that you just can't get anywhere else, it's that sole you talked about in one of your other videos. I'm not sure why, it may be because they were where it all started, I don't know if it's the look, sound or the presence they command, what ever it is, they have it in spades. Unfortunately this video brought back unhappy memories for me, due to my illness I had to sell mine because they were all kick start, these and some of my bigger bikes were also heavy, i couldn't manage them at the time, and the prognosis wasn't good for the future, but maybe I should have kept just one, but i know that every time I saw it, it would have pissed me off. Excellent video once again, thank you.

The new Norton, made in old Blighy like it should be and rare. The Thruxton, made in Thailand and to a price. I understand both. I had a Thruxton, will buy a new Bonnie and have an original Commando. The new ones are worth it, easy. But the Trumpt is still good in its own way to.

It is a shame that what is arguably the best brand for a cafe racer should not appear more often on your channel. Although I understand the reason, it appears this one is generating more comments than the other routine Japanese bikes which do not have the same character or life as this wonderful bike. A bike rider with experience can understand the nature and unique feel of this bike just by looking and listening to it. Nice touches on the styling particularly, as you say, the match of the green leather with the white frame. The green gives the bike more harmony. Thank you.

New Norton cafe racer is ridiculously expensive. Almost 46000 New Zealand dollars. You can get 2 guzzi cafe racers or 2 triumph thruxtons or 2 BMW R90 or 3 enfield continental GTs. I was told the reason is it is hand made. You got to order 6 months prior to the delivery. Another great video. Thanks.

I've always thought it's difficult to improve any Norton as it's probably the best looking stock bike you can find and they need a special touch to stand out, this one was superb and it sounds even better than it looks

In my childhood only once I could see a Norton, was like watching a jaguar or panther in the sidewalk. A gleaming and powerful machine, as were the powerful and shiny machines in the late sixties. By that time it was already a classic motorcycle, with eight or ten years and already had a mystical status. Norton unlike Honda in my country, and many others outside England, was a brand for rich people and still is. Something inconvenient because limit its popularity due to the scarcity of the bike. But Exclusivity has its price and its glory and you never see a Norton as a work horse, as I see in my childhood, old, venerable and tired Harleys with a side car attached, made locally with metal and timber, loaded with many packages and racks of goods bound for markets in my hometown. So take a classic Norton and get their hands in to it is a dangerous thing, if it not does the right people. To me as a Norton lover, Ricardo made the right choices, to blend the old with the modern, without losing the elegance we love; even the two mufflers in a place so close to a scrambler are not out of place, and producing a sporty look yet classic and elegant, three things Café Racers fans love it. Bravo, bravisimo! That may be a very stylish bike but I still have my concerns about the exhaust being in that position. In stop and go traffic, the heat would cook your legs. Even with the exhaust wrapped. I guess we all live with the quirks as it make the bike unique and your own.

It's a pretty epic build...but I think I'd still prefer the frame to be black - I can't take my eyes off of it, lol.

Vou lhe contar um fato curioso quando assisti seu vídeo anterior: Por mais estranho que pareça, apesar das esportivas e arrojadas Ducatis, Hondas e BMW em exposição, por algum motivo foi esta a que mais chamou minha atenção. Tanto foi que acabei saindo à procura de vídeos dela no youtube e acabei achando um e ... desapontamento: Ao ver imagens dela em outro vídeo ela simplesmente não estava tão bonita e charmosa quanto no seu vídeo. Foi aí que me surgiram duas dúvidas: 1- Por que no outro vídeo ela estava apagada e no seu ela estava deslumbrante? Cheguei a conclusão que.. primeiro a qualidade das imagens do seu vídeo, os ângulos de filmagem e até a iluminação do local de exposição fizeram a diferença. 2- Por que esta relativamente 'simples' café racer me chamou mais a atenção do que outras mais poderosas ( e caras ) máquinas? Seu vídeo hoje me confirmou algo que já pensava: Enquanto essas motos impressionam pelo poder e componentes ciclísticos arrojados e robustos, a Norton tem charme e sutileza. Repare que por essa 'sutileza', entre outras coisas, entendemos também o contraste das cores, brilhos e texturas e isso exige imagens em resolução full hd e iluminação condizente. Para confirmar, mostrei seu vídeo no celular a um amigo e o mesmo foi categórico ao dizer que "não viu graça" na Norton e depois, após assistir em seu PC a noite, me ligar dizendo que achou ela muito bonita rsrs.. Quanto ao seu criador o Ricardo Santos, só posso parabenizá-lo pelo incomum bom gosto e "sharp" na escolha do design e das texturas.. uma característica que me lembrou minha atual referência nesse quesito: Alec e Rafe da britânica Old Empire Motorcycles. Mas o que mais me chama a atenção nesse projeto é a carroceria em alumínio polido, fiquei na dúvida sobre este tanque.. veio de outra moto ou é criação do Ricardo? Enfim, desculpa pela extensão do post mas precisava dizer isso a você.. e olha que eu resumi ein.. rsrs.. Abraço Vitor.

Not a creature of any great beauty when I think of the canary yellow Nortons I remember from the 60s. Sorry but I honestly just don't think I could end up living with this bike as it is. Black frame, seat and yellow paint job with black Norton lettering.
