cafe rio is so nostalgic for me!! if you can believe it, they have really paired down their salad.. it's so "tiny" but still a lot of food. tomatillo dressing is what to get!!

My family and I went there here in our town for the 1st time couple weeks ago and we loved it! Totally off topic, but we LOVE their napkins btw lol! I know, if u knew me, little things excite me haha! Anyway, we love their food and if anyone hasn't gone and u have one in ur town, TRY IT! If you like Mexican food, u won't be disappointed. I'm from Utah, Cafe Rio originated here. We also have Chipotle, but around here if you want to put Chipotle out of business, Put a Cafe Rio right next to them.
