마침 누워서 보는데 잠이 안와요 항상 12시 넘어서 잤는데 2주전부터 새벽 1시~2시 넘어서 자서 7시넘어서 일어나요 다니는 병원에다 이야기 해봤는데 일시적인 현상이래요 푹 자보는게 소원이네요

맞아요.. 잠을 잘 못자면 진짜 힘들어요... 😭😭 저도 그럴 때 있었는데 ... 저는 일부러 하루 종일 활동해요 더 열심히 일하고, 막 움직이고 그랬어요 몸을 피곤하게 하면 어쩔 수 없이 자게 되더라구요!! 오늘 밤은 정말 푹 주무시고, 컨디션 회복하시길 바랍니다!!

You know, in Austria we have elderberry syrup, which we use as a base for a very refreshing summer drink and I think because of the very delicate flavour it might be quite popular in Korea once you try it! I don‘t know where you‘d get it from, but maybe you have a friend who likes to travel and they can bring you some. Where I live it is quite cheap and lasts a long time.
