Congratulations!! Looks amazing! For time saving and health, I recommend some Birkenstock Boston shoes (a lot of chefs wear them due to comfort) to save your back/legs. Would also recommend a robot vacuum to help you vacuum and not waste time during closing so you can go home earlier! Can't wait to stop by when I'm in Korea, thank you for sharing your life with us!

새단장하고 드디어 갔다온 곳❤️ 커피도 너어무 맛있어서 둘이 세 잔을 마셔버리고 빵도 거의 센과치히로 돼지로변한 엄마아빠처럼 와구와구 먹어버리고 왔지요..ㅋㅋ 흑흑 ㅜㅜ 난 행복한돼지ㅜㅜ❤️ 빵 진짜 너무맛있어요! 담백하고 정성가득! 소세지빵 포카치아 모닝빵 바나나브레드 다다다다 맛있었습니다. 넓은 테이블 밑에 밧줄 동동 감겨있는게 뭔가 바닷가 카페 온 것 같은 기분도 들었어요 캡틴잭스패로우 😎🎶 시간이 자주 나면 자주 갈텐데ㅜㅜ ... 영상보고 다시 추억해서 댓글까지 남기네요 히히 :)

안녕하세요 조이님 새로운 시작을 축하드립니다 전 조용히 보고가눈 구독자인데요. 베이커리 카페를 하시며 제로웨이스트에 도전하시는 모습이 감명깊어서 한마디 참견해볼까 하고 글 남겨요. 필수적으로 사용되는 비닐과 일회용용기, 포장재 등을 최대한 줄여서 빵을 파는 곳을 아는데요. 그곳에선 손님들보고 빵울 담아갈수 있는 무언가를 가져오시라고 합니다. 가방이든 바구니든 통이든 쟁반이든.. 빵을 담아갈수 있다면 그 무엇이건 환영이고 집에 쌓여있는 쇼핑백도 환영한다더라고요. 장바구니를 가져가면 종이로 감싼 빵을 장바구니에 담아주는 시스템인거죠 빈손으로 오시는 손님들을 위한 종이백도 물론 준비해두고 있긴 하지만 카운터에 바구니를 두고 떨어질때쯤이면 쇼핑백/비닐 왕창 채워주시는 손님들이 있어 잘 유지되고 있다구 합니다. 어차피 집에 쌓여있으면 버려질 것들인데 한번이라도 더 쓰이고(?) 가면 좋잖아요~ ㅎㅎ 조이님이 제로웨이스트에 뜻이 있다 하셔서 생각이 났어요😅 그럼... 건강에 유의 하시고 화이팅 하시와요😆

사장님 모든게 완벽한 공간이지만 테이블이랑 의자가 너무 아쉬웠어요ㅠ 의자 자체도 불편한데 테이블이 낮아버리니 너무 불편했고 1시간 앉아있기도 힘들더라구요😢

불편하셨죠 ,, 아쉬운 마음 이해해요 😢 카페를 새로 준비하며 더 작아진 홀에 기존의 테이블들을 넣기엔 너무 협소했어요,, 그럼에도 조금 더 많은 이들이 가족과 아이들과 옹기종기 모여 잠시 머무를 수 있길 바랬습니다 ㅎ(제 욕심이죠) 작업하시거나 좀 더 깊은 대화를 나누시고 싶으신 분들을 위해 제가 정말 애정하는 대형 원목 테이블 (대형, 공용) 도 두었습니다,, 저도 언젠가 남들처럼 1층에서 콧바람 쐬가며 좌석도 많구 경치도 좋구 그런 멋진 곳에서 많은 사람들을 포용하는 대표가 사업가가 되고싶어요 ,, 저에게도 그런 멋진 공간을 선보이는 날이 온다면 꼭 다시 방문해주세요 !
