Aww Aimee don't worry, I was the same when I went on my shark dive - I went in a cage in south Australia, threw up 5 times on the way to the dive sight and when it was time to put on the scuba gear I felt so anxious I thought I was going to have a panic attack. I took sea sickness tablets too but they did nothing to help. The sea was, in Craig's words, 'whomping' for me as well, unfortunately I think that's because great whites hang out in open seas and open seas equal a rocky boat - which equals in me vomiting! I managed to go down in the cage and it was amazing, but I hated the scuba gear and I'd felt so claustrophobic in it, when we got back to dry land I nearly knelt down and kissed it lol. It put me off boating excursions for life, so well done you for even wanting to give it another try! I'm sure you'll manage it one day and when ya do, give yaself a pat on the back from me. 😘

Aimee, I feel your pain. I was also sick TWICE from a rocking boat. It is the worst, but just remember that getting sick and chucking your guts over a boat means that you are alive!! And perhaps you can get a giggle when you think about the irony of you getting sick while Craig said that he didn't see the sharks well because the water wasn't very clear. (Bwaaa haaa haaaa!) The hostel looks amazing and you are BOTH loved by your fans more than ever. Craig, what a beautiful gift. Good job, YOU! ❤️❤️

Aimee. I have the same issue with getting motion sickness on boats. When the boat stops and you’re rocking it is the worse. I’ve done parasailing 2x and puked off the side of the boat both times! It’s terrible. Snorkeling I puked in the water.. 😳 swam as far away from others so they didn’t know I was so embarrassed. You’re not alone! Love watching you guys! 💕

My husband has an anxiety disorder and gets the shits and pukes when he's anxious too. My heart breaks seeing you so upset to miss out. My hubs started on an anti-anxiety med a few years ago and it has helped tremendously. I hope you can find something that works because it really can cramp one's style. Big hugs.

Congratulations Aimee.10 years what an achievement. Has anyone ever explained to you maybe why your body is reacting like it is ? My husband after chemo was baving similar symptoms and the McMillan nurse told him that the chemo kills off something in the inner ear that helps with balance. He found that wearing ear plugs helps a bit when he is travelling etc. Just an idea.

Cracking adventure guys - I missed out on doin this when I was there 4 years ago - still managed Table Mountain which was awesome.

I hear you as ex surfer. Never comfortable with my legs dangling waiting for wave. I suffer motion too, had to take pills for dreaded family car rides. You're both hilarious. Cheers!

if you ever go again, please please go with a company called Marine Dynamics. They are amazing they are one of the only companies licensed to do to dyer island, (which is the best place to see the sharks) they have such a good ocean and beach conservation side as well.

Have you tried ginger capsules. Ginger helps some people when nothing else works for motion sickness and upset stomach. You might have to eat something with the ginger capsule, like a slice of bread. Congrats on being cancer free for 10 years. Also thank you for the hard work you put in on all the videos you have been putting up for us to enjoy.

I have to get the prescription patch from the doctor if I am going on a boat. Just used one in February when we went on a boat in Maui to see the whales!
