Caillou's room gets flooded and needs a place to sleep. He then asks his friend Leo if he can stay there. Leo agrees and all seems good until Caillou acts his normal mischief way!

That’s really similar to the rules at my house, except for the soda part, also the “chuck e cheese is still open” part is so relatable, knowing I am forced to go to bed at 10 pm on weekdays and all the cool places are still open
