Here is the problem with this. At the beginning of the clip you see 👀 the defender holding onto Clark, which is a foul, than she grab Clark as she is moving. Which is a foul. Than Clark push her a little, than the defender flop. Please look at the whole picture, not the pushing.

I watched her final 3 college games and she committed 16 offensive fouls but because the refs were aware of the large crowds and television audiences called EXACTLY 1 offensive foul on her and that was late in the title game when Iowa was getting dominated.

You wanna know why she isn't playing for team USA? FIBA refs call everything and you only get 5. Talking back to a ref can get you an unsportsmanlike call. She's a liability until she learns her hide from the ref angles, how to push off without extending her arm, and run her defender into screens.
