One of the things I love about WEi is how unique their background is. They're from a rather small company and their CEO is a woman (which is pretty rare; the only other company I can think of with a female CEO is A.C.E's Beat Interactive). All 6 of them were on survival shows and 5/6 were in temporary groups before WEi. In 2017, Donghan (light pink hair in "Bye Bye Bye", main dancer) and Daehyeon (blue hair in "Bye Bye Bye", main rapper, producer of "All or Nothing") were on season 2 of Produce 101. Both were eliminated before the final 11 (who became the group Wanna One), but they ended up in fan-imagined project groups JBJ ("Fantasy") and Rainz ("Turn It Up"), respectively. These groups disbanded in 2018 and Donghan debuted as a soloist ("Sunset"). He's obviously great in WEi, but his solo stuff is also [chef's kiss], and I highly recommend it. In late 2018/early 2019, Junseo ("let me introduce myself" in "Not Bad", pronounced "joon-suh") and Yongha (long hair) were on a survival show called "Under Nineteen" and both of them made it to the final 9. They debuted in a group called 1THE9 ("Bad Guy") which disbanded in 2020. Later on in 2019, Yohan (eyebrow piercing in the beginning of "All or Nothing") and Seokhwa (orange hair in "Bye Bye Bye", main vocal) were on Produce X 101. Yohan was a taekwondo champion who received a scholarship for it, but he dreamed of being an idol. He had only been a trainee for 3 months prior to the show, but became the #1 winner of it, and debuted in X1 ("Flash"). Some of his fellow members were Woodz, Victon's Seungwoo, and Cravity's Hyeongjun and Minhee. The group disbanded in 2020. Seokhwa was an independent trainee on PX101, meaning he had no company at the time (though he had previously been a trainee at JYP and YG, and participated in the survival show that formed the group Treasure). It was actually Yohan who convinced Seokhwa to join OUI (WEi's company). Their company doesn't always have the biggest budget, but I think they utilize their resources well, and have awesome song selection.

the producer of all or nothing is the rapper (Daehyeon) with the red hair in the mv! also the one you guessed was the maknae with the long hair is one of the members in the middle age wise, Yongha. Also the one with the blonde hair in all or nothing you asked about is Donghan the main dancer, he was the one in bye bye bye with the blonder hair you guessed was one of the main vocals but they only have one main vocal and he's the one you kept pointing out his voice ! his name is Seokhwa

When it comes to WEi I can't stay loyal to or have only one bias because they're all good at what they do. Their music is way too good, and literally no skips to be found. I was so whipped for them when they first debuted to the point where it was almost funny. At the time I hadn't felt that way about a group for a while. Stanning WEi was a great choice.

First the vocal that stood out to you is Seokhwa (Blonde in twilight, orange in byebyebye) he's the main vocalist. The pink haired vocalist in byebyebye is Donghan (Main dancer, lead vocal,) the blue haired rapper in byebyebye is Daehyeon (aka leader, oldest, and main rapper). The long haired one is Yongha, he's also a rapper and a vocalist. I really hope you check out Fuze which is another really really good song and honestly has amazing choreography. It's produced by Daehyeon and is a Bside in their debut album Identity First Sight! They also did some covers, Love Killa is amazing as well as Red Velvet's Monster

WEi is such a fun group, I’ve been a fan of Donghan especially ever since Produce and 1the9 so when they announced the lineup I knew this group was gonna have me wrapped around their finger lol, their songs are such bops, I love their sound since it feels like they’ve already found their own kinda, also they’re so entertaining on shows istg such a funny dynamic Since all of them had experience prior to being in WEi, they never really felt like a rookie group and just gave the vibe of older idols idk, they basically have a bunch of it boys in one group lol They so perfectly pull of bright and fun concepts as well as more mature intense ones and I really love that Also Daehyeon, their leader and the cool rapper lol, produces a lot of their music like All or Nothing and I knew when I saw the songs that that one was gonna take you out lol

I just happened upon this and I’ve had so much fun watching your reactions, especially “All Or Nothing.” I’m totally OST6 with this group and I basically got into them because of 1the9 (Junseo and Yongha), but fell in love with all of them. “Doremifa” is a b track song, but every song they’ve done on every album are bops. I hope you got to see “Spray,” more hard hitting and really well produced as always. They have it all: visuals, vocals, rap, dance and the best styling in Kpop. Just wish more people could realize it. All we RUIs are really looking forward to their comeback on June 28 (“Overdrive”). I’ve seen them 3 times in concert and they are even more beautiful. Purely based on my personal opinion I think Twilight is the best debut song by a 4th gen group. That song is incredible. I checked out WEi a couple of months ago I know there names but I did not become a RUi apart from Twilight and all or nothing their music didn't do it for me where I was like wow I need to stan. They are very talented and I wish them the best like every kpop group out there.
