Tip for not having to deal with your plastic wrap bunching up and sticking on ya is to put it in the freezer for like 20min before you use it and it makes it so much easier to work with no more fighting with your cling wrap 💯👍

I was just looking for a gumbo recipe and came across Bruce's channel. He's the best everyday cook that Blackstone could have found for their product. I have watched Bruce for yrs. On swamp people, gator hunting, and have always enjoyed him, I know it's been quite a while Mr. Bruce, but I was very sorry to hear about Tyler, I enjoyed watching y'all hunt together, I know he loved his zebra cakes!! Thanks for this video and the great idea, I am not a huge hot dog fan, but I would definitely try these!!!

A nice trick for the Saran wrap is to get it chilled like put it in the freezer for 10 minutes it won't stick to itself

I make my own jalapeno, bacon, cheeseburger and onion sausage. Very simple to make just mix up those ingredients and extrude them into a hog casing. Mighty good eating.
