Cajun Ranch and Bacon Pasta Salad | Pasta Salad Recipe - This is a tender Cajun Ranch pasta coated in creamy a Cajun Ranch Dressing, bacon and other ingredients in this Pasta Salad. This pasta salad is perfect for summer barbecues and is always a hit gathering pleaser!
Note - For those that don't eat pork (bacon) just omit the bacon and this we still be a hit!
Cajun Ranch and Bacon Pasta Salad Ingredients
12 - 14 oz. Tri-Color Rotini Pasta
8 - 10 slices of Bacon
1 oz. package of Cajun Ranch Dressing Mix (can use Hidden Valley Ranch Pack)
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Milk
1 large Tomato, chopped
1 4.25 can of sliced Black Olives, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Chef Aaron, I do not like tomatoes or ANY kind of ranch dressing. But I do like Italian dressing. This IS a good dish to make for lunch/ dinner, especially during the summer months though!
