Today was Cake Hat Pikachu Spotlight Hour In Pokémon GO, and I set out to attempt to catch the Shiny version of it as it will be one of the rarest Shiny Costume Pikachu in the future and this would be the best chance to get it, and overall we had a pretty good turnout!
