1 egg yolk.
2 tablespoons milk.
Flour 115 gr / 4 oz.
Cornstarch 60 g / 2 oz.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
3 eggs.
Sugar 60 gr / 2 oz.
Vanilla sugar 30 gr / 1 oz.
Milk 60 ml / 2 fl oz.
Water 180 ml / 6 fl oz.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
Bake at 230°C/445°F for 15-17 minutes.
