These are so good and easy. Just made one and added about a tablespoon of mini choc. chips over the top after out of the microwave. As the chips melted, I just spread them over the top, then topped all of it with fat free cool whip - so good.

Omgosh! Who knew just water and a couple tablespoons regardless of milk/egg/oil requirements on the box could create the same, if not better, product in a mug? I love cake and this quick yet sensible serving size is perfect for that sweet craving that hits at night. Great idea and thanks for sharing0! *Edit: I just tried it and oh my word.....it worked! And is so soft and moist! The sprinkles staged sprinkles keeping their shape and not melting into the mix or the color getting runny. Perfect results!* 😊👌🏻

@@MelanieCooksRecipes I absolutely try to do every recipe you share because they're SO easy and require very few ingredients (which I typically have on hand) and I appreciate because I don't have a lot of money or a whole lot of time to take a special shopping trip for fancy or hard-to-find items. Best part, Melanie, is that your recipes are simple with onky a few steps so the food is quickly put together and ready to eat within minutes. If you take requests, I'm interested in your version of chicken salad. I'm curious to what you put in yours or how you prepare it. Have a blessed day and DON'T STOP COOKING! Hi. I found instructions on utube that use 3 tablespoons cake mix and 2 tablespoons water, with 1 minute in microwave. To make it gluten free, just use GF box cake mix. It's great. These measurements make a smaller cake and are better for individual serves 😊
