Eggs:2large
Ghee/Butter/Oil:½ cup (100g)
Powdered Sugar:½ cup (100g)
All purpose flour:1 cup (100g)
Vanilla essence:1tsp
Baking powder:1tsp
Yellow food color:as required
Salt:a pinch

M yh samjhti hoon k practice say perfection aati hai , koi bhi negative comments darasal aap ki tareef hi hai, hum jb koi bhi cake ya kisi bhi cheez ko video m dekhty hai tu lgta hai k bhor asan hai but pheli bar m perfect nhi bnta kam quantity m bnana kr experiment karien . آ پ نے بلکل صحیح کہا ،واقعی یہ ڈھکن رکھنے سے کیک کے اوپر کلر آ تا ہے۔میں نے جب سے شیشے کا ڈھکن رکھنا شروع کیا ہے،اوپر کلر ہی نہیں آ تا۔

You are right. Sometimes ap jb bar bar dhakan utha k dekhien k Kitna bake Hua Kitna nahi us se bhi heat disturb hoti Hai or cake k opar color nahi Ata... Slow flame pr rakh k proper time diya Jaye baking ko to color ajata...
