This webinar is about CalABLE accounts, the new 529A savings tool for people with disabilities. Presenter is Carrie Fisher Stone, Deputy Executive Director for California's ABLE program.

informative info. I am hoping Calable starts providing performace numbers on the various account options. And also provides more info such as statements and more clarity on transactions in the account like date and amount of contributions and source of contribution. currently the Calable does not provide these important details. And with regard to performance on the varius accounts on yields, this would be helpful in understanding how well each of the accounts performs over time and making decition on which type of account to put money..

also, it appears calable is not linkable to mint.com. It would be helpful to make the calable account viewable on mint.com, like all the other major banks and investment company accounts provide.

i read there is a mandatory $3 monthly charge to maintain the account no matter how much is in the account. Can you clarify? It seems like this could suck the money out of the account faster than money could accrue. I am not happy about this. Is this $3 charge only apply to the checking account or debit account feature?
