In this video I calculate Scourge's unbelievably large kill count from Transformers Rise of The Beasts, by literally going through the film frame by frame in order to examine all of the trophies he welds onto his body!

If you think about it, if Scourge killed Optimus he would’ve not only taken his autobot emblem, but the matrix of leadership would also have been placed most likely in his chest as his most valuable kill.

I man tbf, we have next to no info about Megatron, Shockwave or any other heavy hitter in this universe. Megatron was not even shown so far, and Shockwave had single scene with a single line. For all we knowso far, both of those couldve potentially killed hundreds or thousands by that point.

I have a theory that Scourge could come back as Nemesis Prime later on, because 1: Optimus never fully destroyed Scourge's remains before they got sucked back into the portal, leaving Scourge's remains to land back on Unicron, who could have him repaired 2: It's likely that Unicron has never faced Optimus Prime before, so to ensure that Scourge could defeat Optimus next time they meet, Unicron would be able to model the next Scourge after Optimus Prime, hence creating Nemesis Prime

@@CookizKnightz nah Scourge has no personalities and story in this film like at all, his goal is to just get the key and just stumbled across upon Optimus Prime and got lucky on overpowering him while Sentinel, Lockdown have way more logical badass lines than just "I just hate this plannet", "I'm more powerful than you" generic villains lines. I can't even understand why the heck Scourge got praised so much, the movie didn't even showed a proper transformation of its alt mode and Lockdown got like 2 scenes him changing to an Aventador which is so cool and sick, and Lockdown was much a bigger threat to Optimus too, almost killing him, capturing all Dinobots= higher stakes on Optimus Dying. But in this movie nope.

Fun fact: if you get the studio series figure of Scourge on the grill, it does actually show ANOTHER Terrorcon symbol. My theory is that that Terrorcon didn’t want to be a herald anymore and Scourge killed them for it.

Scourge has another kill you haven't mentioned yet, that being Night bird. When Bumblebee was fighting Nightbird, Scourge shot his blaster into the sky which was meant to hit Bumblebee, but he hit Nightbird instead. And the shots hit her spark and also hit her wing which bumblebee got a hold of and used it to fully destroyed Nightbird's spark

But Scourge was shooting at them, and thus essentially helped Bumblebee get the kill. I wouldn't count Airrazor as a direct kill either, because that was his *corruption* that led *Primal* to kill her, but not Scourge directly although it was his fault. Same with Nightbird, he helped, but didn't get the final blow.

The fact that he has 9 confirmed predacon kills is wild to me. in tfp none of the decepticons or autobots could kill predaking and his two hench men. so scourge definitely has quite a bit of strenght

I'm guessing the Animation error possibly came from the models changing over time so a few changes were made here and there but that's just my guess. Also props to you for seeing every frame of Scourge's arm. That must've required a lot of time and attention.

There are no indications to who most of the victims are. We only know one maximal victim is Apelinq and one Autobot victim Bumblebee before Optimus Prime killed Scourge and reclaimed Bumblebee's Autobot badge.

One theory of rise of the beast i have is that Bumblebee didn't die when he was impaled and shot at by Scourge. The most logical and likely situation is that he was also forced into stasis like Mirage. It wouldn't make sence for him to get revived just from an energon surge. If that was the case you could revive any cybertronian. This also adds more fuel to my theroy since Cybertronians are locked in stasis when having a severe wound or a loss of energon, and from that energon surge bumblebee was able to get "revived". Also, great video, i hope this one is successful since you spend alot of hours solving how many. kills scourge has from his stolen insignias.

Scourge and his thing for taking the insignia of those he kills is actually very similar to the Transformers animated version of Lockdown who would take body parts and weapons from those he hunted and incorporating them into his body

Showing that scourge has different insignias collected from different factions of many cybertronian factions, showing that he has more experience with killing cybertronian and showing that he has a much bigger arsenal of weapons are heated arm, blade enrgon dissipater gun plasma, cannon rust corruption, bomb and charge up cannon and little lasers and his fingers so far he was prepared for every factions that he encountered

I love that Scourge isn't some super complex villain, he's just a simply horrifying super ultra mega powerful villain that's literally the most powerful Transformer villain we have ever seen on the big screen so far PERIOD. Also, the fact that this director is seemingly so entranced by Transformers lore that he just decided to add in all these obscure Transformers factions and make them canon is absolutely INCREDIBLE and I can't WAIT to see what the future brings.

For a future episode of Tales of Production, would you consider discussing the early unused script treatment for Revenge of the Fallen? It tells a vastly different sequel to Transformers (2007) that fans would have preferred to see over the finished film. Though the script treatment itself can be found online, KZfaq's recent updates prevent me from posting external links.

I understand that this is only a approximation of his kill counts, but I do have another theory. Some of the logos that he collected might have integrated into his armor like how some tattooed fades over time. With this you could think that he might have had a even higher kill count. But 64, damn.

Even though scourge Is so cool bayverse Megatron Is way More meanecing Especially with Hugo weavin's voice In a fight i would say scourge Is stronger than lockdown but agaisnt Megatron he wouldnt make it out a live if Megatron goes bloodlusted he's fk dead His fight reminded me of predaking's fights ROTB may be one of the best movies but the bayverse Is still the best saga even TLK has some better things despite the failures

Damn I really wasn't expecting that many! Respects to you spending all this time gathering all the kill counts. Scourge is an absolute beast and that's why I like em. Also I mentioned this in ur previous video but can you please help me. So in tlk they revealed that Optimus prime fought beside the British in a war but didn't he only arrive in 2007?? Please do a theory on this.

Scourge is that one guy you don't want to meet on the battlefield Also since dinobot wasn't in this film i think Scourge and dinobot fought until eventually even dinobot couldn't hold him back and was killed I also think that his placement of the logos might be determined by the bot that fought him and how high up they were on the kill list

The difference with Scourge in the beginning and Scourge when he’s on Earth could be explained that he was on different missions in the thousands of years since. Some get lost in battle, some added kills expand them

Scourge was such a great and menacing villain. His kill count must of been massive, judging by all the insignias scattered all around him it’s a safe bet that it is! My one question to you is do you think that he is better than AOE Lockdown or vice verse?!

I think on the Studio Series version of Scourge, while on his truck mode, if you remove his grill, there's a Terrorcon insignia. I might be wrong and confuse it for a Mercenary insignia.
