Wow! I love your videos, you make it super easy to understand. I found this group of videos right before my exam and thanks to you I got some clarity on points that were literally greek to me. I hope you keep putting out more videos. I may just make it through my MBA program. Oh, if you have any more t-shirts , I will buy one from you.

If the cost of producing 1 unit is 100 then when an extra unit is produced the cost incurred must be in same proportion i. e 200 ryt? Bcoz u need same amount of cost to produce one more 😕😕

Nope. Suppose you are making a cookie. You would need a cookie cutter and a bowl regardless of you making 1 or 2 cookies. Suppose the cost is 50. This is your TFC:Fixed Cost. The wheat, sugar and all edibles would make the TVC:Variable Cost. Once again, suppose this is the remaining 50 for one cookie. So, one cookie will cost you 100, 2 cookies though only 150.
