You can obviously have your feelings about any city.. but when you are a famous comedian then your words will definately influence the thinking of people about a city and their people. Though. I liked your jokes very much but one thing I want to suggest you to please don't waste your time to come back in 'kolkata'(not Calcutta) because we are very rich in our culture and we have many things which can make us happy.. thank you 😊

Take criticism as a positive thing.. there are many places in India which has something good as well as bad about it.. it's just that it depends on people how they are or what they want to be or their expectations truly speaking and how they take the place or if they actually like to stay there.. I am born and brought up in Kolkata and a Bengali.. I moved out of Kolkata for my job in Mysore and I love Mysore while many people don't.. and I feel that adulting is the best thing happened to me and I have learnt a lot about life since then and I have realised that it's sometimes people who makes a place special for you and not the place itself specifically always.. it depends on experiences that you go through in your life there vs the expectations you have, to like or dislike anything.. but I always want to go back to Kolkata because I love to stay there... probably because my family is there..my best people are there and attachment to everything on a whole..but I have made best people and memories in Mysore as well and cannot forget it..amongst all laziness that Kolkata wraps me into and let me do what I want to.. I feel my heart beating...there are reasons and no reasons as well.. like you cannot say why you love someone.. it's just that you love.. ❤️ I think we need to think broader instead of narrowing down the thoughts and be rigid..
