You can't give the Bears any leeway. This is three years into a rebuild of which you have had a series of unexpected draft picks fall in your lap including back-to-back one picks. Ryan Pace, in his third season, had the best record in the NFC at 12-4 , and was a step away from the Super Bowl...all with Matt Nagy and Mitch Trubisky. There are no excuses any longer for Poles, Eberflus, and staff. Poles, I predict, will regret he didn't replace Ebeflus.

Dude, how are you a serious commentator if you say: “if he passes for 4000 yards in his first year, Caleb is the greatest quarterback in Bears history.” Sid Luckman won 4 titles and a league MVP. He’s also in the Hall. Secondly, the host said he would be the Bears greatest offensive player after his rookie year if he passes for 4000 yards. Ever heard of Walter Payton? Silliness

We watched Sayers and Sweetness, not the QB. So yes, give me one of the best potential QBs in the league now, and I'll ride off into the sunset smiling.

When you look at the NFL season at this point of the year. It’s the slow season. People like Pat the designer are mandated by ESPN to come up with a story. This is the crap that we’re seeing at this time of the year. I also find the people being force-fed Chicago sports media, are living in a vacuum. Thank God, I moved out of Chicago because the information I’ve received from the national media has been much more accurate.

If they can start like they finished last year with Caleb that would be nice. Might be asking a lot of Caleb, but is it really? As far as passing numbers he should be better than Fields. Ball control and security will be key. He didn't throw many INT's. and he was great on 3rd and 4th down in college. If the defense can create pressure and stay healthy it should be a fun year. We'll see!
