Great content. Looking at moving back to Calgary, especially inner city, sometime this year. Currently looking at Bankview for an older home or Beltline/Bridgeland for a townhouse among others. Walkability matters so I’m excited to see this! Great to see content about the city that isn’t from realtors talking about investments.

@@brittanymorgan09 it really is. I been in Vancouver for two years now and while I love this city, the feeling isn’t mutual. That $200k condo you showed in an earlier video would be $600k+ here in a less walkable neighborhood. Time to go back and content like this is all the motivation I need. Keep making Calgary stuff and I’ll keep watching!

Yes it was filmed January 26th, I think it was like 10 degrees that day. Still beautiful weather here this week!

Ramsay is super nice! I work in that area and walk there from downtown everyday. It's nice but there would be a few other areas like Cliff Bungalow or Lower Mount Royal that I would put above it.

Crescent Heights is nice, a bit further from downtown. I wouldn't consider it inner city. It's close to Chinatown and some restaurants but not super walkable.

@@brittanymorgan09 LOL you can walk from Crescent Heights to Pricne's Island to Downtown or even Centre St. , China Town is in downtown. Centre St and Edmonton Trail and 16 ave are right there for restaurants and pubs etc.

@@mjor6406 yep, I lived a 5 min walk from Crescent Heights for 2 years. I still don't consider it inner city, it's about a 20 min walk to Prince's island and those stairs on the way back up would be difficult for a lot of people. I suppose it depends on where you live exactly, some places would be closer to downtown. It's still a nice area, just doesn't make my top list.
