If you have a Kyvol robot vacuum you may eventually need to factory reset it
to either fix some problem or because you're selling it and you want it to remove any data it may have from your house.
In our case, the Kyvol E31 Cybovac was only doing edge cleaning and that's not very useful. You may want to also a factory reset on your Kyvol robovac if:
- the battery isn't lasting as long as it should
- it is not doing any edge cleaning
- it is not connecting to WiFi
- it is just going in circles
- it getting stuck
- it is not detecting edges or avoiding stairs
