Everyone's franking out about Gabi's bobble, but can we admire how she and her stunt group still executed the dismount at the right time, and really we'll at that!

I am aware. That's why I said "so props to her for not falling and props to the bases for not letting her come down." As a cheerleader you do not blame a fly or base for a fall/wobble. It takes bases to get them up but it takes fliers to make it pretty. You are a team you DO NOT blame one person. You all take blame and work to fix it. Also to blame this base group is ridiculous. Keep in mind Robert was new to. They were all learning. Either way they still won because they are amazing.

Gabi is an amazing cheerleader. She wasn't there from the start like a big part of the team. Robert and her came when the competition season already started. I think it's amazing that they still managed to learn the routine fast and perform like that! watch the old competitions and you'll see that they worked really hard! All I have to say is amazing work gabi! and robert. ♻♻

Everyone is freaking out about Gabi's wobble. But give her credit she had a lot more problems with the stunt then she has now. One performance the stunt fell so props to her for not falling and props to the bases for not letting her come down. And they stayed on count and didn't let that little problem mess up the rest of the routine. Good work Smoed!

I love Smoed, but what pisses me of is the fact that their mistakes on Day 2 are similar to their mistakes on Day 1, like Gabi's bobble and Maddi's stunt at the back of tumbling. I know there's a lot of pressure on them and they still won, but I really wish they didn't make the same mistakes.

She wasn't up against her old team, CA SMOED and TG Large Coed are two very different sized teams, i.e. they compete in different divisions. If you're talking about competing for the highest score across all divisions at Worlds then possibly, unfortunately neither team had the highest score.

@gooca96 Just making everyone aware of the facts, I interviewed Gabi for an article I was writing on worlds & we covered everything from her reasons for leaving TG & Trinity to the common misconception that she left TG solely to get a ring.

They one anyway and they saved it.

No she wasn't kicked out of Top Gun. She said she left because her team mates weren't as serious as she was about cheering.

Gabi was probably filled with jitters. Remember she was in her home state and she was up against her old team Top Gun who I hear wasn't happy that she left plus her sisters still cheer for them. Talk about pressure.

Gabi's stunts group almost fell the second day and did fall the first day! whats up with that? and there the center stunt group, think that needs a change? i know she could of done better!! but good job, you guys are amazing!:)

Atleast Gabi didn't fall! She's under a lot of pressure being the center and it probably made her scared

@gooca96 smoed did not compete against any TG teams nor do they harbor any hard feelings towards Gabi. She was with Trinity prior to making smoed, so she was already long gone. Gabi's sister Ashley is still with TG IO5, so they clearly still have a decent relationship w/ the program. It's important to have facts straight so rumors don't circulate. Also, you said her sisters (plural) still cheer @ TG. Amanda left TG w/ Gabi in the summer to go to Trinity & ended up not cheering at all.

No watch cheerleaders on KZfaq, she quit cus her team wernt in the competition mode as much and she went to smoed since she wanted to have a team that work hard and that are world champions
