1st Nugget Meeting, [ERSTES NUGGET TREFFEN - INTERLAKEN] Switzerland 2022. After spotting that there was the 1st Swiss Nugget meeting on Instagram, I contacted Freddie and his team and we got an invitation to attend our first ever Nugget Meet, at their first ever Nugget meet! We also met our good friends Winston and Caron there (who conquered the same journey as us!) who are also the owners of our previous Nugget - you might recognise it!
This was a fabulous Nugget meet-up in a fabulous location! Fun to meet other Nugget owners and learn more about our awesome camper and ways to modify it!
We had an eventful journey too…missing our first train and then drove the scenic Simplon Pass from Italy into Switzerland and then on to a second train to cross under more mountains to get to Interlaken…superb! Would we go again next year? How many was there? Was ot good for kids? See what we thought at the end. Thanks for watching 😎👍🏻

Always enjoy your videos. Such a lovely family. We bought our Cali for our family of five after watching your channel and now I want a Nugget. You're an expensive influence 😂

Hi Olivia! Thanks for your lovely coment! Nice to know we were part of your decision to buy a Cali…awesome vehicle and we still love them, of course! The Nugget suits us perfectly and we do love it! We are away now in Croatia with our Nugget and it’s spot on!….(there I go again, costing you money 😂)

Really enjoyed that. I’ve been to Interlaken a few times and this brought back happy memories. It is funny how we buy a base vehicle and then change it so it suits us and our needs. Your bike solution for 5 of you is phenomenal. Take care Gill

That was so interesting, family! The spot and the views, all these lovely nuggets together… oh and by the way, thanks for showing us the additions some of the owners made 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. There should be some similar meeting in the south of Europe 🤔😁. Cheers from the outskirts of Barcelona 🚐👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻.

Hi there, great video as always - I am interested in the part where the chap shows you the solar panel. Does it just plug in the socket and charge the leisure batteries or is there more to it than that. Many thanks

Hi John, it’s exactly that. Simple design and it also protects the batteries. Plus he could check the charging status on his phone. It’s something I might buy too, especially after recent events where the charging circuit from the the engine stopped working. Thanks for watching!

That was fascinating about the trains instead of the mountains passes, how much would it cost to do this, as I was in Switzerland too many years ago with their Private railways up to Grindelwald.
