Please vote "NO." Voting "Yes" overrides current California Law which allows abortion until the point of viability or if the mother's life is in danger. Prop. 1 is dangerous as abortions could take place up to the point of birth (or a few minutes after birth/failed abortions). The opponents of Prop. 1, like myself, expressed that concern in the official ballot (arguments against Prop. 1). It got printed in a similar way as just explained.

I voted NO. I'm a young independent male Hispanic & murdering children after birth is wrong, you can do whatever you want with your body but murdering a baby after birth is not abortion but murder, too much power is being to government.

@@jennie7 lol, California is 31 out 50 for crime rate! Top 10 states with numbers of murders are Republican! Wake up! All states have problems of their own. I live in Southern California and sleep with my windows open, know all my neighbors and don't sweat it if I forget to look my car. I don't where you lived, but I worry about those things. I was robbed at gun point, and thanks to some construction works his attempt to rape and kidnap me was not successful in California when it was run by a republican governor! You think it's party lines??? Why are the top 10 states with highest numbers of murders republican???

NO! Its not the babies fault that 2 individuals chose not to be responsible. So many ways to prevent a pregnancy it's 2022. If you can't afford to take care of the baby drop it off at a firestation it's legal.

The technical interpretation is supposed to be done by the legislature. Courts are not supposed to legislate from the bench. This is empty virtue signaling and even weaker than Roe. I look forward to hearing this legislation is being torn apart in the courts.

Where are the five million faithful Catholics who could NOT prevail over this disastrous proposition? They go to the Eucharist (Mass) to communion with God and leaving it they deny him. They deny life, they deny the right of innocent unborn children. What hypocrisy. (James 4:4)
