I purchased these older apartments they have an amazing lay out, as far as the complex is concerned, its more like a nice house up front and duplex in the back, I had an idea to upgrade all of them especially the front house because it was only a 2 bed 1.5 bath but had the potential to become this split wing 3 bed 1.75 bath with a way nicer open concept. it took about 2-3 months but was well worth it. in this video I show almost everything, I am learning how to film better and will keep on trying to get more angles and better content each time.
