Are you kidding? L.A. is ALL illegal fireworks and the city doesn't enforce any laws or stop anyone. What a joke. It's like Omaha Beach. Starts in May and goes through until October (unless a local sports team wins or holiday).

LA is a horrific place. I moved 4 years ago to the mountains and I haven't been back and I doubt I will.

I used to go stay in El Segundo so I could have peace. I hate fireworks! I have PTSD. Animals are tortured. Fires start. It's horrible!
