This is why you will get back pain and elbow tendonitis in the long run. Your back is so many muscles which pulls ups alone cannot target.

This wont work Everyone is different Some people can barely do a pullup Some people can do 8000 You should use your own routine and rep range instead of copying others exactly , you wouldnt try do eddie halls workout with the same weight as him.
