I am a roller skater and I skate at the skate park. Calisthenics for lower body are AMAZING at making all your jumps and pumps strong. Thank you for all of your knowledge ❤️‍🔥

Perfect video...I've been going through your channel today to find a deep squat regression thats my level and this is just what I needed. I filmed myself yesterday and realized that I am totally "dipping" into my squat, and kinda look like jello lol 😆 So gonna have to regress these things till I can sit up. Thank you!

Here’s to putting on our own shoes at 80 💪 😂👏👏👏👏 yes! my actual goal is to not age like others. It kills me seeing old people barely able to walk. As a mom I want to keep up with my son and play sports with him and not be limping around at 40

I’m a mom in her 30s and have been lifting for over 10 years. Really have been wanting to get into calisthenics rather than strictly weights. Thought huh let’s give this body weight workout a try nbd. Um HI HELLO I cannot walk down my stairs! What was that?! How!! I’m hooked!

If you have never tried before, you should look into nordic curls. One of the most powerful and difficult calisthenics leg exercises.

Yes! Nordic curls are great. I didn't include them in this workout as I thought some people may struggle to find the right set-up in their home.

I wish you made a video on programming workouts. There are so many apps out there that make you rely on subscriptions. Granted, they are services. But some people are broke. It would be great to learn how to properly structure workouts and how to create your own regimen. Most people know nothing about programming unless they have a coach.

Or you could read my extensive website about how start calisthenics at summerfunfitness.com Being a coach is a career, it takes extensive time and resources to learn these skills. I give out a TON of free information, but ultimately, coaches need to buy groceries and pay rent too. I work 50+ hours a week and give away 90% of my time to building free resources for people in hopes that in the end, it will all work out.

Nice outfit. How about leg workout for MASS? I think as we can build quite big muscles in the upper body with calisthenics (the Olympic gymnasts have HUGE muscles despite being into caloric deficit to keep their bodyweight loooow for all those stunts, as far as I know; if they would eat like bodybuilders, they might be just as big in the upper body at least) , we should be able to build big muscles in the legs too especially if we are heavy (like most men are...). What would be the best approach for hypertrophy (schemes, reps, sets, series, maybe different exercises...)?

You can certainly do them every leg day :) The more you do it, the better you'll get, the more strength you will build. 1-2x a week would be great.
