This show is my favourite so far in this season😊 Actually, this is a sad song. In ancient Chinese, the society status of an actor is at the bottom. But sarcastically, they often play as the Emperor or General on stage, there are quite a hugh psychological gap for them (not sure if u notice in the middle of the song, Zhang covered half of his face and changed from smiling to sadness) Also, their fate and society status cannot be changed even they perform extremely well

I didn't mention it! I thought it would be a fun surprise to hear the opera suddenly 😂 Zhang Yuan is the main singer in this performance. Ma Xiaolong is the one who does most of the dancing, he's Yibo's friend who has choreographed for him a couple times. So talented! This song keeps getting stuck in my head since I first heard it, replaced only by the song they performed this past week
