Compared to the rest of these, Warfighter is very underwhelming... At least in his rig payloads. The rig perks are all pretty balanced, bar Phantom, who by far has the best perks.

12/18 of the payloads (Weapons/Abilitties) are new, Overdrive, Vision Pulse, Reactive Armor, Glitch, Combat Focus and Active Camo are the only taken from BO3
