What we really need is a WW2 FPS that starts at enlistment basic training then Training in England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 then North Africa then Back to England and Training then D-Day and the fight through Europe instead of the normal start point of D-Day

This is the BEST COD SINGLE PLAYER CAMPAIGN GAME ever!!! I’m surprised this game hasn’t received much TLC and appreciation on one the greatest realistic Graphics that still rivals games from today and WW2 story campaign the Best Ever. This is my #1 COD game ever!! My Congratulations to Sledgehammer for going above and beyond with this Game! Wow I truly enjoy playing this game over and over. Never gets tired for me. It’s a KEEPER and obviously very well detailed TRUE STORY game. Again Thank You sledgehammer and to all before me who served in WW2 defending the helpless and protecting our freedom we all enjoy today.

I seriously never saw better D- Day landing in the game. Yes.. COD2 got a nice landing, but this is just so brutal and realistic. I think this is the best landing I have ever seen in WW2 games. Even tho, sounds of those guns got like zero echoes and feels like some kind of airsoft guns, yet I liked this landing.

I won’t forget dreaming of the movie when me, Ryan and Daniels bond together during the Normandy invasion; I end up being in love with both Ryan and Daniels in the end because they were constantly fighting over me and they knew the serious situation we were in. All 3 of us came together planning to take down united 93 and we all stayed in Normandy throughout the war.

As French speaker. Genuilely love this game. Most of those events actually occurred in real life. The Liberation of Paris August 1944 was pretty accurate. Germans took over the North of France which means the French surrendered to them. Thanks to the Americans helped us fighting against those Germans Nazi.

You forget Britain helped evacuate a lot of French soldiers and civilians at Dunkirk, then facilitated the D-Day landings from southern England, sending hundreds of thousands of British soldiers to help liberate France. Just like we did in WW1 as well. You phrase it like it was only America involved.

I was there in normandy in 2018... It was absolutely impressive and frightening at the same time.. what happened there was just gruesome. But i recommend to make a trip to theses scenes of war. To everyone who's interested on WW2 for sure.

I like the AI a little better in this one compared to past CoDs where you shoot the same enemy that runs around the same corned about 20 times. They still dont take cover very well and stand out in the open but not as much here.

I remember when I saw this scene in Saving Private Ryan and played it in CoD2 way back in the day. That made me feel like I had PTSD, was experiencing some vivid, bizarre dreams.

So did I, I developed PTSD from saving private Ryan and I find it hard to revisit this game because I had a nightmare about a Call of Duty WW2, saving private Ryan and United 93 crossover kind of movie. Me, Ryan and Daniels were on a dangerous mission to stop United 93 from getting to Normandy and we all know it could cause massive destruction if we didn’t do anything about it. I loved the opening D-Day scene when Ryan and Daniels were fighting over who loved me first but we developed some bond throughout. I ended up loving both of them so there won’t be any fighting between them, we all eventually spotted United 93 and brought it down with launching rockets from the watch tower. I was relieved that we were successful in our mission and saved Normandy from another plane attack. The nightmare was intensely nerve wracking because the plane was seconds away from hitting the tower ; it could have been so devastating
