At 5:20 my mind exploded... I've watched so many tutorials trying to grasp this concept. I can't believe it's really so simple. Why do so many teachers overcomplicate this subject? You are a really great teacher. Thanks!

@@aniakubow Exactly the same thing. First time i REALLY understand a callback with what you said in 5.20 as well. That was what i did'nt understand, 3 differentes method of doing a callback ! i understand callback after 1 year of learning javascript 😆 thanks you !

Good gravy, you did it. You made arrow functions make sense. I've watched a half dozen tutorials and it was like water through a sieve. => just replaces 'function' and gets shifted forward. It's that simple.

great explanation! thx :D anyway, callback - it is not very easy topic and it will take some time to have a good understanding. Generally, we have to just open the vsc and do lots of different exercises - simple and more complicated const multiply = (a, b) => a * b; const calc = (a, b, callback) => { return callback(a, b); }; console.log(calc(1, 2, multiply));

Best way to explain this that I've com across I think :) As a PHP developer who loathes JS ( :P don't hate me ) but inherently has to handle with it more often than I wish, at work for my ongoing projects, this actually was very useful to me! :D Callbacks and event handling have always been a figure-out-at-need basis challenge :)

Hmm! This is interesting. That explanation of the toggle parameter was quite an eye-opener. I've just subscribed and I'm going to look more into this soon cause this was a good tutorial. I've been wanting to learn JavaScript but with my low IQ I wasn't able to get a clear understanding from any other teacher in KZfaq. I got the html and CSS part, even built a bootstrap website, but I sure would like to learn JavaScript. You are really an impressive teacher! Thank you!
