Awesome video, it really does come down to what is right for you. I also love Franco chains and when I tried a 5mm one on a couple days ago it felt a little too flashy for an everyday chain and I’m not a flashy person either. I do like to wear my Miami Cuban 6mm for everyday. However I have realized that something like a flat curb is what I am aiming for as far as going bike riding or running so I feel comfortable. Just ordered a 5.5 flat curb from your site and I am beyond stoked to get it! With the new job I have I could have balled out on a bigger chain but it’s that simple flat curb classic Italian look with those flat edges that catch light like no other in my opinion. Whatever chain feels best for you is the right chain so it comes back to personal preference and what you feel comfortable with. I understand what you mean. I got a two-tone 14k 4mm Figaro chain when I was like 13. I’m almost 34 now. Still looks as good as when I first got it. I got other chains but always wear that one whether I tucked it or not depending on what else I had on that day. It’s been with me forever through a lot & I couldn’t get rid of it either. I run into old friends I haven’t seen in a long time once in awhile & some mention something about me still having that one. It’s a 24inch & I do slide it off at night without needing to disconnect the clasp , & put it back on in the am after getting ready for the day. I do clean it every 1-2wks tops.

So, the Franco is the "grail" of all chains? Sweet! Exactly what I am planning on getting and wearing everyday. It's funny but most people don't have a clue what Franco chains even look like. At least, not in the places I've been to while inquiring about proper chain length. Oh, I cannot wait to feel that beautiful weight around my neck. It's gonna be epic.

Same as my 24 in 4. Mm flat curb. It's not chunky but it hold sentimental value. RN it's holding a medusa head pendant also 14 k. It's went thru a few different pendants. Next week I'm buying a 24inch 5.5 mm flat curb from a certain jeweler.. can't wait

Also because that cuban link are flexible.you can squeeze it to your hands tight and remain their shape.but on rounded links like ropes and francos,squeeze them in your palm tight hard then it will break (from 1mm to 5mm width atleast). But on CUBANS and CURBS, even 1mm won't break if u squeeze them lol.check my profile photo.im wearing this 22k/23 inch lenght/2.6mm width/19.5 grams/cuban links diamond cuts for years.

I can relate i want to buy a gold chain curb link. But I have been wearing for over 15 years without taking it off a sterling silver 7mm figaro 26" with a cross I've been through more than 10 surgeries during this time. So if I get a new chain I don't want to take this one off. Any suggestions??

Alen P What are you talking about??? My 3mm 30in Figarope chain was like $300 -$400 cheaper on the Jacoje site than ANYWHERE I looked. The same goes for most of his chains....The only chain on his website that’s kind of overpriced is the Miami Cubans but it’s still a good price for being completely solid.
