I'm honestly concerned this guy might have found a crime scene dump, two guns, two bikes ,a bunch of rope, a broken phone, a knife and a bullet, I'm pretty sure I can build a picture in my head of what might have happened, the fact the first gun came up a stolen kind of confirms it to😥

It definitely was crime dump - that is the only reason why would you through away unloaded gun into a river. There is a bridge nearby - so criminal moved there after making a crime and threw away his weapon into the river

You know what’s the scary part? Those handcuffs and knife are barely even rusty, meaning they were put there very recently, the bikes were most likely used as escape vehicles, meaning someone or multiple people escaped from prison.

You should get one of those key retractable units and put a pair of long handled hemastats (locking needle nose pliers type tool) to reach into those crevices to goodies
