Not only is she being an inspiration for others to follow her, but she's also trailblazing the process for Cover as well. Once the company gets industry connections, if a future talent does have interests to persue voice acting, producing, dancing, etc. the company will have the resources to make that happen a lot easier.

She paves the way for a lot of members, especially in EN, and show them that they too can reach their dreams if you try and push hard enough to reach it. In my view, the greatest opportunity for the girls and guys in Hololive is to voice their own characters if they get adapted into an actual anime. Just imagine that happened! Not to mention that some of the girls and the guys from the EN get to voice the characters from the JP in English dub and vice versa as well. Yes, it will be a long way and might not even be possible. But considering how far Hololive had come, anything can happen at this point despite how much unlikely it is.

Its great to see everyone trying so hard. I know Kiara has been trying with eurovision, and even though she didn't make it, if everyone tries someone will break through eventually and help the others. I think missing out on being a fan is a small price to pay. I feel like Mori was uniquely suited to gen 1 with her grounded, can-do demeanor and you’d be hard-pressed to find someone who wouldn’t break under similar circumstances. To not only grind out streams but also to perform at fes, create songs, and navigate controversey. The industry, specifically the EN sphere, is learning that those supas arent free money, and that these entertainers earn each and every cent and that these girls got to where they are through grit and hard work.

Calli is not just a hard worker, but also a very smart one. She uses every opportunity to network, build bridges, invest in new opportunities, and push the limits of what she and HoloLive can do. A lot of HoloMyth and HoloEn do this. They don't just focus on their kwn career- they conect other member with outside talents, from producers and animators to dance instructors and editors. Calli, in particular, hasn't just gotten more work for HoloLive. She's also helped other friends of hers, like FakeType, get jobs with Holo on covers and original songs. Bae has gotten a lot of her IRL friends hired as back up dancers for HoloLive, and Ame has helped HoloLive interfgrate VR Chat into their collabs and events. You gotta love the way these ladies work.

i mean if ya really think about it Calli would be considered a hall of famer in the vtubing world id say as legendary as how Kiryu Coco was back in 2020 who pushed Cover to make an EN branch in which doing so unlocking the expansion to the gold mine that is EN also further making it so that there are wider and bigger opportunities for vtubers and while making it even more possible for EN vtubers at the time prosper. Calli does that the same way by setting an example, shedding light and making it so that they have more worth to media corpos. Before EN vtubers could only get VA roles in which they were before vtubing like Bubi or Amalee. Now we have our Mori in a big project for a big ass franchise. Calli is very much solidifying herself as a legend comparable to that of Kaichou or the 4 heavenly kings. Tho its still pretty worrying to know that my oshi has so much going on, i know shes a workaholic but pls Mori take a break

Her point about oshis is relatable to me. I don't really get into the whole "celebrity worship" mood either. Follow all their stuff and do whatever I can to support them? Sure. But I'm not the person to freeze up when meeting any of them (more than with random people anyway - social anxiety's a bitch). To me they're just people too. People who have accomplished great things, and who deserve respect for that, yes - but still people. I probably also got a bit desensitized over my life, which contributes to that. First through helping out my dad with his event-tech firm and meeting a bunch of local celebrities up to a handful of mid-tier global ones - and later by being part of a huge modding team and hovering around the same circles as some of the bigger name KZfaqrs.

I am a simple Hoshiyomi. When I see the Holomems get awesome projects and see big success, that makes me happy.
