I think they said that they are having issues with voice lines currently, apparently they are including them later, they even compensated people who bought skins like Draven/Aatrox/Zeri for their legendary price

Wow! This somehow instantly became Jarvan's new best skin cuz of how good it is Sure Calligraphia Yasuo is also good but i kinda don't feel the aesthetics of him being a "Calligraphy artist" Jarvan on the other hand it's actually fits on him cuz it feels so natural it feels like that he was a true "Calligraphy artist" cuz of his animations and it also helps the fact that they turned his lance into a some sort of a Paint brush This is no doubt Jarvan's *NEW BEST SKIN* and i love it (And yes i know it's a Legendary tier skin but THAT DOESN'T MATTER TO ME when it comes to judging the quality of the skins)

It'll be great for his second legendary skin to actually throw his weapon in 3rd Skill and uses his magically hand to basic attack or 1st skill to either hit or pull himself towards the weapon.
