I live in the Netherlands and I had a teacher 2 years younger than me. I was 22, she was 20. She was called Maartje, the diminutive of Martine. Little Mart, basically. Everyone called her Maartje. But I felt that was like calling a young child or something. So I usually just went; HEY! and she'd look up and come over. "Hey! HEY! Maartje!!!", was only for when it was neccessary.
