He is in his early 20s and on top of that he is really very thin, so he doesn't have to lift much weight either. And the way I see it, he's actually too thin. Maybe he should eat a little more.

It was actually kinda refreshing to hear Danielle say at the beginning that it took her a long time to get over Ryan’s prank considering I have a hard to getting over things too. It’s one of my insecurities to not be able to take jokes too well but when I see someone I admire struggle in a similar way it gives me hope I can get better. So thankful I found their channel 💎

@KaiOnFire yeah my ex didnt like big muscle dudes. She liked smaller guys that are just really toned. I'm sure you can agree that abs are hot though. But now I got a small gut cause my metabolism has slowed down and cause of quaratine I'm not getting excersise. So I gotta work out and get enough protein, but also not eat too much and do cardio to lose the weight in my stomach lol

Awww I feel bad don’t worry bro u actually have made a ton of progress sometimes it’s easier to notice progress when u back and see what u used to be. I started doing heavy duty body weight workouts during quarantine and got really in shape and then I became really depressed because of all the isolation of quarantine and I stopped and I had no idea how shredded I was until I looked back at the pictures ima get back there tho U have inspired me and I hope I can inspire u although I think this is an old video I still hope u see this. Making a schedule and having a time to workout every day helped me a lot if u don’t have a schedule then it’s easier to back out and say U will do it later but then later comes and u get the point anyway keep at it bro I u have made a lot of progress

Not in strength more like in cardio. He's not really building up muscles he is just training the muscles that are already there but this doesnt make him a lot stronger. So the point of the video is actually not mistaken he may be a weaky but at least he is fit
