The Sims 2 is a 2004 strategic life simulation video game developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It is the second major title in The Sims series, and is the sequel to The Sims. The game was released for Microsoft Windows on September 14, 2004, and a port for MacOS was released on June 17, 2005. Eight expansion packs and nine "stuff packs" were subsequently released between 2005 and 2008.

One of the best expansions by far. Combined with the Grilling Baby mod, this enabled me to set up a business where I exclusively sold grilled sim parts. Good times.

Most people think that the Spiffing Brit was bad when he printed babies while holding three pregnant people in a pool (in the Sims, not in real life), but like... I'm pretty sure repeatedly torturing a guy in your basement and basically causing the entire plot of Terminator by unleashing a clinically insane robot is far worse.

29:26 This is a known glitch with the Set Uniform interaction in Open for Business. The sim's face is reset to the default mannequin face with no eyebrows whenever they change into the assigned uniform. People have made mods to try to fix this issue, but I'm not knowledgeable enough on Sims 2 mods to give any recommendations.

i love this expansion. i had my favourite sim in it and he was obsessed with lamps and became a millionaire by owning a small lamp shop in his house. he got monet to open it by digging holes. i miss sims 2 gonna install

@@channel45853 Sims 4 pack is broken half the time, costumers almost always are able to be convinced regardless of skills, employees just stand there, etc. I was really excited for it but it just is not very functioning or fun. Plus you cant open a home buisness which sucks.

I have to say: Open For Business was also my favorite DLC in that game. I always opened a store on my family house, but had to quickly master locking doors and opening/closing business, because of the bunch of weirdos visiting your house when you're watching your tv.

This brought me memories of playing this as a child. There was this one save in which I had a lot of kids and I made them fish for me and I sold the fish in the shop while they were at school. And immediately after they returned they would start fishing and fish all night.

Just home after a week in the hospital, where I got told that this new thing where if I move from a lying down position I get a headache so agonising that morphine does nothing... is probably just my life from now on. To just... go home and cope. But I came home to a Kevin video, and honestly? Has helped way more than any of the doctors I've seen in the last week. Kevin inspired me to mess up my Sims and idk how to recover from it. I used to have a peaceful life. I was a musician with a garden of dragon fruit which gave me hundreds of thousands of simoleons every harvest. Then I downloaded Basement drugs and violence, made some drug addicts, gang members, and Kev Bundy and everything went to shit. Thanks Kev, its been a blast

Every time I go into a new sims video by Kevin I think it can’t be possible for him to top his previous creation and every time I am SO WRONG! Idk how you do it dude but you reset my expectations every single time!

PLOT TWIST Wife was playing the long game; she is now back with her creator - the man wearing the leaf. ALSO Would love to see Kevin do another Sims 2 business - a bakery !
