(EN/Bahasa Indonesia/Bahasa Malayu/中文) Our calm morning routine in our life here In Bali, Indonesia. I find that taking it slow and giving ourselves ample time in the mornings is so important just to set the right tone for the rest of the day, to put one in the right frame of mind, where one can feel that time is aplenty, the mind is focused, alert and quiet, and the body is full of vitality. We show you our favourite way to start our days in a slow, grounded and tranquil manner here in Bali. Waking up so early is also our way of living harmoniously with the natural weather in Bali. It’s much cooler in the early mornings and evenings, so getting up early allows us to take advantage of the enjoyable weather before the simmering heat sets in for the afternoons, when we then tend to be indoors and much less active.
Life is a lovely journey to be enjoyed. It’s too bad if one rushes through every morning in competition with others, or sometimes, even with oneself.
