this takes me back to when i was 13 listening to Stan on my dad's porch, just watching the outside. it's a feeling of euphoria that i wish i could get back, but after the stuff that's happened over the past few years, i don't know that i ever will. but this was a reminder that maybe, sometime, things will be simple again. it is to me, at least. thank you, oli. sincerely. It was like hearing Stan for the first time. So calm and bittersweet, almost eerie. Your interpretation preserved all these things. Once again, the arrangement is 🔥. Flugelhorn could as well be in the original.

As a trumpet player who switched to baritone and never cared for bass clef reading and stayed on treble clef.. Thats a tough sight read.. That g flat is not seen much..
